Whenever you call a company it seems speaking to a living breathing person is becoming impossible; they are the exception. They still believe in a personal, professional, and capable customer service commitment. *Now my review is limited to THIS agent and office. I DO Not rate or vouch for every agent associated with State Farm as I will not validate what I have not experienced or associated with.* That being said; Even if they can not provide you the cheapest price vs another company, I PROMISE you it's totally worth it to go or stay with THIS agent. Heather (who works in the office) is the most competent, capable, and professional person I've ever worked with in the insurance industry. I would rank her customer service among the best ever provided. IF there ever is any issue, (which is a stretch in itself) it's always solved with nothing more than a 5 min phone call or a quick txt message. At one time I myself was a professional in the insurance industry and I've used at least 25 30 different companies throughout my years for various coverages from personal to business and would still hold this office with the same prestigious recommendation."
